Hello friends. This the Gelato skirt in light blue which is a mid-waist wrap skirt you tie with a cute bow on both hips. The skirt is knee length and works great as a quick beach cover and a party starter all in one. You’ll find contrasting bias tape on both front edges and all waistline through as well.
