Before you return an item, please send an email to: hello@sofiesolstudio.com with subject: “return”.
You will then receive instructions per email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with original tags on and in the same condition that you received it in.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: we recommend trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially stated. If you´ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund,please contact us:

Please get en touch with the studio. We will do our best to satisfy your needs, but be aware that you may experience production time and shipping time on for exchange. Of course we will prioritize your order. <3
